The Leadership Programme is an ongoing professional development pathway for school leaders.
It is built from a national network of school leaders seeking to make the greatest impact within their schools.
Members of the Leadership Programme develop school leadership approaches and practical solutions aimed at supporting effective teaching and learning.
- Enhance whole-school leadership by:
- Strengthening leadership skills across school
- Developing challenging and inspiring teaching
- Promoting the professional development of passionate teachers
- Enhancing the reach and impact of curriculum-based leadership
- Sharing the outcomes of action-based research
- Encouraging collaboration across and within schools

Award of the PTI Mark
The PTI Mark recognises and celebrates excellent school leadership
Once you've joined The PTI Leadership Programme, you'll be eligible for The PTI Leadership Mark. This Mark recognises the development of whole-school leadership and is achieved by attending all Leadership Programme CPD events within an academic year, or by devising a leadership programme based on school improvement.
